Macy’s Cross-Channel Redesign
Webby Award-Winning Excellence
In 2019–2020 I was a Principal UX Design Manager for Macy’s in San Francisco, where I helped lead a major redesign of Macy’s website and mobile app. The redesign shipped across macys.com and the iOS and Android apps ahead of the holiday season and won a Webby in 2020. Conversion was the measure; the numbers are Macy’s, but the award wasn’t given for the colors.
